Ben has over 23 years of consulting and executive management experience with a focus on defining and executing transformative enterprise initiatives, at the intersection of technology and business strategy.

His practical approach to translating business strategies into profitable solutions enables business and technology stakeholders to reduce risk, accelerate benefits and achieve enterprise objectives.

Ben’s M&A expertise focuses on pre-acquisition operational and technology diligence along with post acquisition integration, delivering immediate impact on operating income and deal synergies. Ben has collaborated with a wide range of mid-market Private Equity clients and publicly traded corporations providing value to both ongoing acquisition strategies and across portfolio companies. Additionally, Ben leverages his experience in business intelligence and analytics to take a data-first approach to improving business decision making and measuring value.
